How to Apply Regional Anesthesiology and Acute Pain Medicine Fellowship For specific eligibility requirements, please refer to the GME benefits, requirements and resources page. The program accepts one fellow each year. Applications will be accepted throughout the year and our single fellow will be accepted on a rolling basis. Applicants must provide: Common application for fellowship in regional anesthesiology and acute pain medicine that may be found on the ASRA website (www.ASRA.com) Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in anesthesiology in the USA Active status with a medical board or eligibility for a training license Priority in selection will be given to candidates with a strong interest in academic regional anesthesia/perioperative pain management. Prior basic or clinical research experience will not be a definite requirement, but will be considered favorably in the selection of applicants.
